I build MCP servers connecting Claude to ServiceNow, KPI dashboards, and email notification systems. I also redesigned WCAG-compliant email templates for reliable rendering in Outlook. The internship continues part-time during the school year.

For three years, I have helped lead a residential community for Honors College students. The work combines day-to-day relationship building with operational responsibility: welcoming new residents, planning programs, mediating conflict, communicating policy, and responding to crises while on call.
The role taught me to adapt the same message for residents, peers, families, and professional staff; to make decisions with incomplete information; and to stay composed when the stakes were personal. It is the experience that most changed how I understand leadership—as consistent presence and clear communication, not just authority.
